About Us

Maranello Motorsport is located in Melbourne, Australia, and specialises in the Sales, Service and Support of Ferrari Road and Race Cars, as well as other Supercar Marques.

Maranello Motorsport grew out of the successful Prancing Horse Racing team, which was formed in the late 1990's to enter Australia's then Premier Sports Car Racing Series, Nations Cup.

Under the guidance of Maranello Motorsport Managing Director, Mark Coffey, Prancing Horse Racing, and Maranello Motorsport's star drivers John Bowe, Ryan Briscoe, Greg Murphy, Craig Baird and Mark Noske have won many races in Ferrari GT Race Cars.

Mark Coffey is  also renowned for importing an ex-Michael Schumacher, Grand Prix-winning Ferrari Formula One car direct from Ferrari's Corse Cliente (customer racing) division in Italy, beginning a close relationship with the Ferrari factory that continues to this day.

In our Richmond premises you will find a globally sourced range of Road and Race Cars for sale, as well as a Service Workshop staffed with technicians from all levels of motorsports, including Formula One, and eager to service or restore your vehicle to the highest standards.

Maranello Motorsport's popular Track Days allow you to give a Ferrari Race Car free reign at Australia's greatest racetracks. Whether you want to race in the Australian GT, Historic Championship, or just improve your skills for the road, one-on-one tuition from champion racing drivers like John Bowe will teach you to extract maximum performance from your car and yourself.
